"Zero Choice" Night

OK, here's the thing Earl and Edna been hashing over: "Zero Choice Night" at the cafe. One night, one entree and everything else in the freezer. Maeve wanted to know how that was so different from Edna's all bean buffet, but the buffet has all those choices of one kind of food as opposed to the zero choice menu that will be lots of the exact same thing. Earl's partial to hamburgers and fries with a side of slaw. I think, though, that deep in her heart of hearts Edna wants it to be chicken with rice and corn. Maeve hasn't rung in with an opinion, not to say that Edna asked us for any. She'll listen to Maeve because Edna appreciates the value of a good waitress. Did you know Maeve was nominated for Waitress of the Year by the Minnesota Restaurant & Hot Dog Stand Association? That gal Suzi from Lofts House over east of here that won didn't have anything over Maeve!
