OK everyone here's the latest definite maybe plans for tomorrow. We'll have the hot dog wagon out with all sorts of goodies either by the fairground stands or at the lake. Depends on what the city council decides is safe. Fun starts with a band concert at 5:00 PM unless there's a street dance at 6:00 PM.
