From The Library

Hi All:

Thanks for your patience. Who knew what a pair of squirrels could do to a power line! Earl said a lot. That and the snow. Edna said, if you're gonna mess with that blog thingie, don't do it on generator power. So here I am at the library. We're still serving some sandwiches at the cafe and sending folks to the restaurant on the highway for anything else. Earl said the REA guys said we should be up and running by late this afternoon.

Meanwhile, the restaurant in the alley is doing a great business. That's Maeve's bird feeder. I guess the birds and Maeve's hawk friend Ethan have some sort of a truce going. They don't bother each other. I'm still not sure what the Christmas menu will be. That means Edna didn't decide yet. Well, I should get back to work. Have a good week all & thanks for coming in.
