Maeve In For Jenn

Dear Readers:

I'm new at this but I promised Jenn I'd try to write something for her Monday blog. Jenn & Larry plan to get back home by later tonight from their honeymoon trip. Went up to Pine Trail State Park and stayed at the lodge there was what Larry said they might do. There's still that in the guy that they might wind up in Oregon or somewhere. Hope he's got that out of his system, cause if he backs out on Jenn one more time the whole town's gonna go after him. Well, anyway, as a wedding present we all chipped in an fixed up a bit on Larry's truck. Oh, the guys changed the oil and greased and got him new tires with a matching set of wheel covers. Sawed down the rust spots and repainted a little. I don't remember how many engines Larry's run through that F-150, but it's the second transmission for sure. Pastor Lucas said this was one wedding we all wanted to happen and we're glad it did. That Jenn's been lonely. Never wanted any other fellow but Larry. When he left her it hurt so much she couldn't even say his name. But I shouldn't need to think about that now.

What else new round here? Hockey game tonight on the shallow end of the lake. We're bringing the hot dog wagon over for the game. Earl's on the war path on account of the city snow plow knocked over his mailbox--again. Earl was muttering about having a talk with Hensen the city roads guy. That's about it for around here.
