Yeah, it's still coming down, but that hasn't slowed our traffic any. For some reason people come in for our winter ice cream special a lot when it's like this out. The special is vanilla ice cream with this butter cream white syrup the Edna whips up in back. The we put on some blue ans silever sprinkles. I don't understand anything but that people like it. That's good enough for me.
The other thing last week is that we scared off this big shot food and restaurant critic from the cities. One of the guys at the Cenex station on the high way her the guy asking around about where to find Edna's cafe and he called ahead to warn us. Edna pulls out the big black on white quarantine sigh, sticks it in the window & closes the blinds. All our regulars know that means to come round through the rear entrance. No harm done.
