Almost Heaven!

Hi Gang:

Remember that song, James Taylor or somebody about it being almost heaven in West Virginia. I don't know, Larry drove through there once and said only if heaven has lots of mosquitoes. But here I mean it's the weather. It's almost 31 degrees out and sunshine. People running around in short sleeves and smiles.

And then there's the problem of Y. O. Y., that's Yancey Oliver Youngblood the sometimes janitor down at the high school.  That's the time when he's not hanging out in back with Earl and a few other guys. Well, this time he stretched his lunch hour too long and the assistant principal--forget the guys name, he's new--came over here steaming about is Yance gonna fix that drinking faucet that's been running since Thursday! Yancey said he'd been meaning to get to that--right after his break. I mean, does he work there or what?

So, go enjoy the sun everybody, but thanks for thinking to stop here.
