Well, Earl came in from his break--went cross the Street to the Post Office--chuckling. He was reading the Minnesota DNR magazine and just laughling. The new number has a great photograph of a hog nose snake and according to the DNR, they're all over the state. Earl's gonna raze George Frey for sending to Michigan for his. Still looking for it too. Now Edna's about had it with snakes and hawks and dear, sweet Maeve comes in with a fern she wants to hang by the window over the side table. Edna said Maeve can keep her pet cactus but:
"There will be no hanging ferns in this woman's cafe!"
Edna has spoken. She's also just told me to quit fooling with the blog and start filling napkin holders.
