Well, Maeve and Jay Lee got home this afternoon. Ethan was right there to greet them. That poor bird needs a lady bird of his own. Maybe he'll get lucky this year. Maeve said they sent a card from the Smithsonian. It hasn't come yet but they loved the transportation museum. And we thought they were on vacation.
Sheriff's office has been swamped with calls about snow snake sightings. Arthur Bridge, now about to begin his second retirement, just laughs about that. I suspect he knows something he's keeping to himself.
