We've been on light service the last week handling another little shipping problem. What does a restaurant in Loon Center, Minnesota do with six cartons of volleyballs anyway. Makes it worse that it was Jay Lee that delivered them. He's always so careful with delivery papers and everything matched with the boxes. We simply do not serve volleyballs in this cafe. We do serve a lot of stuff that didn't arrive instead.
Arthur Bridge told me, confidentially, about snow snakes. He said when the snow gets blown into windy ridges and you been in the woods too long on a cold days it's what you start to seeing. The sting you feel might just be frostbite. Art says to just let people believe what they want about it though. So I shall.
