Speaking of Junk

Hi Gang:

OK, that was a week ago when I told you about our junk exchange. We did well with the wagon but I think the exchange itself just about cleared expenses. Oh well, it's a socia thing and it saves on garbage. Least that's what we tell ourselves when an event just clears expenses. We ought to hold one after the thaw because Lloyd Blaicek forgot to haul in his rowboat again last fall. Time it's spring again, he can sell it for fire wood.

Been a good winter for ice fishing and curling. The last day in January, ice permitting, is the annual county curling meet. We'll be out there in our gray, black, and silver jerseys along with the rule book so we can remember why we're standing out there in the cold shoving stones cross the ice. It's a good year if everyone stays top side of the ice. Our team is the Cafe Crusaders.

Hey, maybe we'll see you there! Thanks for coming by.
Jenn
