Maybe Day

Hello Everyone:

It's another warm/cool and sunny/cloudy day. I guess you could call it a Maybe Day. You know, is it gonna rain? Maybe. Will it be sunny and warm? Maybe. That means we'll sell a lot of soup or a lot of salad. One or the other, maybe.

The only thing settled for now is that little Mrs. Bridge who was formerly little Mrs. Kelsy will be reciting In Flanders Fields for the Memorial Day celebration. That will be either Sunday or Monday, so check the paper before you go. I should mention that reciting Flanders Fields is a hereditary honor to the oldest and longest living person it the county. After Miss Gordon eloped and moved to East Mortuary Falls, Massachusetts, the honor fell to Mrs. Bridge. It's sort of like the Boston Post gold topped cane. Some of these traditions go back, but then if they didn't, oh well, thanks for reading.

Have a sane Memorial weekend, remember & be thankful,

Jenn
