Alright readers and fans:
This one positively speaks for itself. Starting tomorrow morning at the cafe you can order mixed eggs, meat, and toast. If you can't make up your mind, this breakfast is for you. It includes one egg sunny side up and one down, one strip of bacon and one sausage, and your choice of two of three types bread for toast: white, wheat, and rye. Sorry, only one kind of rye a present because that's what we can get. If you can't decide on the bread, we'll pick for you. How's that for service! I asked Edna how she thought of this and all she said was that one day it just came to her. If any place else has ever had this, I've never seen it. Edna is billing it as Your Breakfast of Choice.
Lots of storm damage in town from yesterday's downpour. The city's been picking up tree limbs and chipping them to sell as ground cover or something at the fair. This doesn't sound like a cash cow to me, but it does something with the mess. For once the diner wasn't hit!
Bout all I can think of at present. I think I'll grab a peanut butter and jelly sandwich before the lunch crew comes in. Glad you stopped by.
