Ethan Stops By

Jenn again,though Edna's friend Marilyn's name appears at the bottom of the post. Marilyn lent us her computer for this project. But why am I here now when the Cafe's closed for another week? Maeve's friend Ethan Hawk stopped by with a surprise for her. Actually, it's Ethan the red-tailed hawk and we're not sure why but Ethan just sort of struck up a friendship with Maeve, our waitress, and brings her presents. This particular present is about a foot and a half long and wriggling. I just looked at Ethan, perched there on the dumpster and obviously proud of himself, and asked, "Do you mean to say you expect someone to eat that thing, and more particularly, where did it come from!"

Well, Maeve is off at a cosmetics convention and I'm here trying to figure out what to do with hawk-bearing-snake. Where were those old coffee cans, the ones with lids. Oh Edna will be so thrilled if she comes home to this.
