In Search of Earth Boats, Inc.

Happy Fourth of July --Almost--to Everyone;

And that includes you too. Well, we're still trying to find out where this rubber raft boat came from. I know, I know, what's the mailing label say? It has to have a return address, right? The mailing label says it's from a forwarding warehouse in Freedonia, New York. Is there even such a place? We had to open the carton and finally came up with a bill marked paid and it gave an address in East Mortuary Falls, Massachusetts. Now we're getting someplace. There was a phone number but the offices are closed for two weeks because the employees are out on their annual rafting trip.

I don't think it's right to try the boat out even if it's paid for. We didn't do the paying. Somebody's out one rubber raft boat. Well, we're just going to have to wait on an answer even though I also wrote a letter to the company post office box.

Meanwhile, the new corn popper will be going out to the lake with us for the Fourth celebration along with the hot dog and chili wagon. To the high school gym if it rains. Don't even ask, we can't move the fireworks show indoors if it rains.

Well don't burn your wieners and thanks for stopping in.
Jenn & the gang.
