Cold Plate Tuesday

Hi Gang:

Well now, the hot fudge special was so popular last week Tuesday that we thought we'd try something else again. So we have the Tuesday Cold Plate Special. Today it's tuna salad with chips and some fruit. Earl said we should serve the cold plate special on blues china just to make the point. The thing is we don't have blue plates. Ours are plain white. Edna said Earl should feel free to go buy blue plates if he wanted but she wasn't paying for that kind of nonsense.

Of course most anything Edna doesn't think up or agree with is nonsense. Don't quote me on that The most surprising people are sensitive, you know.

Cold enough for you? If it's about freezing, Lar and I like to snuggle up on the porch with hot chocolate and watch the clouds against the moon on a clear night. I don't think tonight will be one of those. Good we have a fireplace and some logs.
