"Wild in the Streets"

Hey there Guests:

Remember that title about wild in the streets? Some crummy movie in the 50's or 60's or something. Well, that could have been here today! Warm weather. Warm for here, about 30 degrees, um Fahrenheit that is. People were out all over some even in shorts. Warm in Minnesota? Take advantage of it. So we sold a lot of soup to go, people strolling down the avenue spooning our chicken noodle or sipping our tomato soup while sitting on benches. It's positively inspiring!

It's also almost positively closing time and I'm beat. This is the first I've had to check in with you for all the business. I'm not complaining. It's a good kind of tired. Edna told me to take a quart of the soup-of-my-choice and a bunch of oyster crackers and "Scat!" Think I will. Lar said he'd set up for some grilled cheese sandwiches on rye. That screams tomato soup to me.

Thanks for your patience waiting on me. Have a great night and I am so out of here.

Jenn
